Family Child Learning Fairs

                                                                                                                                                            Play with Me

  • Both the child and the parent are an essential component of the Learning Fair events.
  • A variety of child-focused fun and joyful learning stations – representing developmental, academic and art-leisure domains – will be offered at the fair.
  • Parent with their young child rotate through the stations.
  • Feeling empowered, parents will gain skills to foster the scholastic, behavioral and social success of their children.
  • The Learning Fair will serve approximately 25-30 families and their children.
  • The fair events will generally be held on Saturdays.
  • The fair venues will vary depending on parent needs and neighborhood support.                               Tell Me a Story                Show Me
  • The fair volunteers (teachers, psychologists, medical and other professionals and parents) will guide parents to engage with their children through interactive and hands-on learning activities.
  • Parents will be able to easily replicate the activities at home. Their active engagement will help their child to attain academic and learning success.
